James started his first company at 19 and - in his 20's - became the youngest partner in a CRM company that was later sold to a publicly held French multi national conglomerate.
Now with over $250 million in sales and growing, he oversees a select portfolio of companies via (SCALA) and serves as business consultant / adjunct board member or officer for his clients and speaks at colleges, universities, and economic forums on successful enterprise development, effective networking and winning competitive strategies.
